What are the payment options?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. However, store credit may be given for damaged items, please contact: support@elefantgrass.com with photographs detailing the damage.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do! Please note, if you are a buyer outside of the United States you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from elefantgrass.com, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
What should IÂ do if my shipping address is wrong?
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@elefantgrass.com and we can amend the shipment address for you.
Do you make more than one of each product?
Typically, no. Our weavers create new color patterns for each basket they weave unless they are creating a set of baskets. However if there is a colour you love and it's no longer in stock, drop us an email at support@elefantgrass.com and we'll see what we can do.
