We founded Elefant Grass with one goal in mind: to give our customers access to the beautiful crafts of West Africa. However, it's also important for us that you have a fair and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

Please allow up to 10 business days to process orders. We're currently a tiny business but as we grow so will our ability to meet demand.

We track every order! Once your postage label has been created, we'll send your tracking number via email so you can follow your item(s) from dispatch to the moment it's in your hands!

Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but we will try our best to support you in locating your missing order.

 

All sales are final, therefore no exchanges or returns will be accepted. However, store credit may be given for damaged items. Please contact support with photographs detailing the damage.
